President
Teresa Faison
Teresa Faison hails from Chanute AFB, Champaign, Illinois She attended Illinois State University in Bloomington, Illinois and Emily Griffith Technical College Denver, Colorado graduating in 1988. Teresa Faison is a certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM/CFPP) currently holding a National Certification / License. Teresa also served in the Illinois Army National Guard for 6 yrs. and IRR for 4 years. Teresa is a Desert shield/Desert Storm Veteran. She and Col Faison (Ret) have been married since September 1992. They have three children, Jude age 32 (D.C), Brandon 26 (Minot AFB) and Kendall, age 25 (Warner Robins).
Teresa was one of the founding executive board members of the Robins Spouses’ Club having served as Philanthropic Vice President during the 2019-2020 board year. Teresa also served as the Operational Treasurer for the Spouses Club at RAF Mildenhall, UK from 2014 - 2016 and at McConnell AFB in 2013 - 2014. While Operational Treasurer, Teresa maintained all administrative records and payed approved accounts for the operational side of the association. She assisted in assembling bookkeeping records for delivery to auditor and tax preparer. Teresa also performed duties of the Philanthropic treasurer in their absence. Served as Co-Chair of the Budget Committee.
Additionally, Teresa was the RAF Mildenhall Mayfair Bazaar Finance Co-Chair in 2016 and RAF Mildenhall Mayfair Bazaar Finance Chair in 2015. The Mayfair Bazaar is an annual event at RAF Mildenhall organized by the Mildenhall Spouses' Association. Brought in vendors from the UK and Europe to sell at this 3-day event. In charge of over 100k in sales and paying vendors. Supported our local military community with booths from our military spouse businesses and food throughout the weekend by the squadrons' booster clubs.
Teresa was awarded the 2015 Joan Orr Spouse of the Year for the 352nd SOW RAF Mildenhall.
Another organization for which Teresa volunteered was as Treasurer for the British-American Committee from September 2014 to July 2016. This organization ensures the base is synched locally and promotes international community relations.
Teresa currently volunteers with the H.A.L.O. Group of Middle Georgia. HALO Group has been created to assist individuals with disabilities become valuable members of our community and help our community become a stronger place.
Teresa is a member of the Georgia Association of Nutritional Professionals. She sits on the Executive Board as secretary.
Teresa is a member of Fellowship Bible Baptist Church Warner Robins, where she serves on the Greeter and Usher Ministries.
Administrative Vice President
Brandy Seifert
Mrs. Brandy L. Seifert is the 605th Test and Evaluations Squadron Detachment 2’s Key Spouse mentor and is assigned to, Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. Using specialized training, she acts as liaison between senior leadership and squadron members and their spouses. She ensures the dissemination of pertinent information at all levels regarding, special activities, commander’s policies, and acts as a key point of contact for family members and leadership at
any given moment. Mrs. Seifert has been a military spouse since leaving
her graphic design career when her husband, Maj Dierk Seifert
commissioned in April 2005. She volunteered to assume the role of the
16th ACCS Key Spouse in 2014 shortly after her family arrived to Robins
AFB, and then became the 12th ACCS Key Spouse Mentor in 2016.
Additionally, she was active in the Robins Officer’s Spouses Club, and served as Vice President and was elected President in 2018. She has made taking care of Airmen and their families a priority that she enjoys. She regularly plans morale and team events for Robins AFB families and friends. As a graphic designer for the Tyndall Air Force Base (AFB) Forces Support Squadron (FSS), Mrs. Seifert designed, constructed, and managed the FSS program magazine for the consumption of all personnel, military and civilian, at Tyndall AFB. Mrs. Seifert was also responsible for the graphic design of the posters, flyers, and newspaper on base. Prior to this assignment she was the Advertising Manager for the number one Honda Sales Dealer in the United States. She championed phone sales, advertising, and marketing directly contributing to the top sales standing nationwide for her local Honda Sales Dealer. She is now employed as a substitute teacher for the Houston County Board of Education.
Administrative Assistant
Nicole Magalad-Romero
Nicole has been a founding member and supporter of the RSC since its inception, with a commitment to community service and bringing people together. She has lived in Warner Robins for 6 years with her three children and her husband Samuel, and serves as a Key Spouse for JSTARS 461st MXS. Nicole studied Early Childhood Development and trained with Bright From the Start from 2009 to 2015 to develop and implement weekly and monthly curriculums, train new employees according to state regulations, communicate effectively and daily with parents and director(s) on the learning progress of each student in class, and to develop and maintain a good standing relationship with all caregivers involved. She continues her training to renew her CDA every two years through the state of GA. Currently, Nicole follows her passion for teaching and working with young toddlers through Pre-K at Foundation Academy in Perry. Currently, she serves the RSC as the Administrative Assistant, and develops and manages the RSC social media channels: Website, Facebook and Instagram.
Nicole grew up in Peachtree City, Georgia and enjoys spending time with her family and friends during her free time.
Administrative Financial Officer
Deborah Clough
Deborah hails from Chicago, IL. She has been married to her husband Brian since June 1991. They have three children one son-in-law and one grand-daughter. David age 33, Jessica age 28, Matthew age 25, Tyler age 30 and Everly age 15 months. They all reside in Kansas City, MO. She loves military life and would not trade it in for anything else. For the last ten years, Deborah has fundraised for Great Strides-Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. While stationed at Patrick AFB, FL volunteer work As a Key Spouse mentor where she promoted individual, family, and unit readiness and support for military families. Deborah encouraged and enabled peer-to-peer Wingman support while providing an informal sounding board and links to squadron leadership. She provided leadership and support to the squadron Booster Club, enhancing morale and welfare of all unit members. She recruited a team of 15 spouses to the Key Spouse program to help support the 333rd Recruiting Squadron at Patrick AFB, FL. She fundraised for the Together We Rise Program. Together We Rise is a non-profit program dedicated to improving the lives of America’s youth in foster care. While at Patrick AFB Deborah was awarded the 333rd Recruiting Squadron Spouse of the year award.
Her military spouse life started at Scott AFB, IL. While there she ran her own in home day care for 5 years. She worked at the Belleville News Democrat as the Customer Service Manager for four years.
Deborah gained her Administrative Assistant experience working for Logtec, INC at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. She provided data entry for Technical Order Conversion Operation, finalized weekly, monthly and other reports, prepared temporary duty orders and made travel arrangements, collected and verified timesheets, performed alphanumeric data entry into the Conversion Project Control, maintained files, updated databases and routed completed Portable Documents format file, monitored SGML mail.
Deborah has spent the last 14 years teaching SPED students with Autism and other forms of genetic disabilities.
Deborah describes herself as ambitious and driven. She thrives on challenges and constantly sets goals for herself, so she has something to strive toward. She states that she is not comfortable with settling and is always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness.
Philanthropic Financial Officer
Heather Lawrence
Heather L. Lawrence previously served as the 2018-2019 Second Vice President of the Robins Officers’ Spouse’s Club, at Robins AFB, GA. In that role, she was responsible for coordinating with the Welfare Chairs and
Committees established under the Second Vice-President’s volunteer responsibilities. These committees included: Scholarships, Thrift Shop, Welfare, and Properties. She served as the direct contact between these ROSC chairs and committees to the President, Executive Board, Governing Board and Members.
Heather also served as a member of various other committees in
ROSC. Prior to holding the ROSC Second Vice President position
she was the ROSC Wings Newsletter Chair. Heather hails from a small town in the Mid-West of the United States. She began her life of service early joining the United States Army after she graduated from high school. After her time in the Army, she focused on being a wife and mother plus raising three children, along with serving in many leadership roles at various locations. Heather has experience managing complex organizations, handling millions of dollars in payroll and inventory. Heather also has many years of managing and leading co- workers in various successes and sometimes complicated situations. She devoted nearly a year of her time to getting the family business, Hometown Pizza, off the ground, up and running, to enable a successful large profit for the business. She spends time now running all aspects of my own sewing business, Tranquil Frogs. Heather also volunteers for various projects in the base and local community. Heather spent many hours volunteering at the Robins Officer’s Spouses’ Thrift Shop working on facility improvements, insurance compliance, and constructing a new consignment board for important daily information.
